Good to know
- Boats can be delayed or cancelled when the sea is rough.
- On some boats you wade to the beach: wear sandals and keep valuables in a dry bag.
- Islands may charge a small tourist levy on arrival; bring some cash.
- There are no cars on the Gili Islands: you get around by bike or horse cart.
